1. Who we are

aipps.dev is an app build and release service run by Aippaci Software Solutions India Private Limited, India ("Aippaci", "we", "us"). aipps.dev is an Aippaci brand. These terms apply when you create an account, run a build, share an install page or use any part of the service, the CLI or the tools. If you use aipps.dev for a company, you accept them for that company.

2. Your account

You sign in with a verified email address. Keep your sign-in and API keys safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
You must be at least 18, or old enough to make a contract where you live.
One free account per person or business. We may limit new sign-ups when the build machines are busy.

3. The service

We build your React Native, Expo, Android and iOS projects on our machines, give you the app files and an install page with a QR code, and can upload signed builds to the App Store and Google Play with your own store keys.
Builds are counted per day (UTC) as shown on the pricing page. Install pages and app files are kept for the number of days your plan shows, then deleted.
We may change, add or remove features. If a change takes away something your plan includes, we tell you first and you can cancel with a pro-rata refund.
App Store and Google Play reviews, accounts and fees are between you and Apple or Google. We don't promise that a store accepts any app.

4. Fair use

Build machines are shared. Builds have the run time and file size limits on the pricing page; a build that goes past them is stopped.
Don't use builds for anything other than building your apps, such as mining, load testing or attacking other systems, and don't build or share apps that are malware, break the law or infringe others' rights.
We may pause builds, install pages or an account that breaks these rules or puts other customers or our machines at risk, with or without notice.

5. Payments, build packs and refunds

Build packs and the Large add-on are billed monthly in advance, in USD by card or in INR by UPI and cards, through our payment providers. Prices may include or add taxes such as GST as the law requires.
You can cancel any time. We refund the unused part of the current month pro-rata. Details are in the refunds and cancellation policy.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies from your next month after that.

6. Your code, keys and apps

Your code, apps and signing keys stay yours. You give us only the rights we need to build, sign, store and serve them for you.
Signing keys and store keys you upload are stored encrypted and given only to the machine building that app, while the build runs. A keystore we make for your first Android build is yours to download.
You are responsible for your apps, their content and their users, and for having the rights to everything you upload. Keep your own copies of your code and keys.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep aipps.dev running, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any promise of uptime, build times or that it is free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, store rejections or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
You will cover our costs from claims caused by your apps, your content or your breaking these terms.

8. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time by writing to us. We may end the service for an account as described in section 4, or for everyone with 30 days' notice, with a pro-rata refund of any prepaid month.

9. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms. For material changes we tell paying customers at least 14 days before they apply. Using aipps.dev after that means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
