Cancel any time

You can cancel a build pack or the Large add-on at any time from the console or by writing to support@aippaci.in. It ends when you cancel; there is no notice period and no cancellation fee. The free daily builds stay.

Pro-rata refunds

• We refund the unused part of the current month, worked out by the day. For example, cancelling a $3₹259 build pack halfway through the month refunds about $1.5₹129.5.
• Refunds go back to the card, UPI or account you paid with, in the same currency. We start them within 7 working days of the cancellation; your bank or payment provider may take a few more days to show them.
• Dropping some of your packs works the same way: the unused part of each pack you drop is refunded.
• Payment provider fees and taxes are refunded where the provider or the law lets us.

Failed builds

A build that fails because of our machines doesn't count against your builds. If our machines keep you from building for a whole day you paid for, write to us and we refund that day.

After you cancel

• You go back to the free plan: 3 builds a day, install pages kept 7 days.
• Install pages and app files already made stay until their own expiry date.

When there is no refund

There is no refund for the current month when an account is paused or closed for breaking the terms of service, and none for months that have already ended.
