Privacy policy

Last updated 28 October 2026. aipps.dev is an Aippaci brand.

This policy explains what Aippaci Software Solutions India Private Limited ("we") collects when you use aipps.dev, an Aippaci brand, and what we do with it. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the other laws that apply to us.

What we collect

  • Account details: your verified email address, the name you give us, your plan and your API keys.
  • Your projects: the source you send for a build, build logs, the app files we make, and the signing and store keys you upload (stored encrypted).
  • Test devices: when a tester registers an iPhone, its device id (UDID) and model, so it can be added to your ad hoc builds.
  • Billing details: invoices, amounts and the country you pay from. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment providers; we never see or store full card numbers.
  • Messages: what you send through the contact form or by email.
  • Site visits: anonymous page-view counts. We don't use advertising trackers.
  • Technical logs: IP addresses and request details kept for a short time to run the service and stop abuse.

Why we use it

  • To create your account, sign you in, run your builds, serve install pages, send builds to the stores for you, and bill you.
  • To send messages about your account, such as finished builds, limits, payments, security and changes to our terms.
  • To keep the service safe: spotting abuse, enforcing the terms and meeting legal requests.

We don't sell personal data and we don't use it for advertising.

Who else processes it

  • Sign-in is handled by osec.one, which stores your verified email.
  • Payments are handled by Cashfree, in India and elsewhere.
  • Store uploads go to Apple (App Store Connect) and Google (Google Play) with your own keys, only when you ask for them.
  • The website and builds run on servers we rent from a data-centre provider, which can be outside India, and on our own build machines.
  • Page-view counts are kept by b59.link, without cookies that identify you.

Each of them gets only what it needs for its part of the service.

Cookies

We use a sign-in cookie so you stay signed in to the console. There are no advertising or cross-site cookies.

How long we keep it

  • Account details and keys: while your account is open, and up to 90 days after it closes.
  • App files and install pages: 7 days on the free plan and 30 days with a build pack, then deleted.
  • Invoices and payment records: as long as Indian tax law requires, usually 8 years.
  • Technical logs: up to 30 days, longer only when needed for an abuse case or a legal request.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent, or name someone to act for you. Write to support@aippaci.in from the email on your account; we reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Grievances and contact

For privacy questions or complaints, write to the grievance contact at support@aippaci.in with "Privacy" in the subject, or use the contact page. We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we tell account holders about material changes.
